The lack of a customer service number in addition to items shipping UPS ground to then be transferred to the USPS for delivery, with an estimated deliver time of 2-8 days, not guaranteed, after USPS receives the package is the least efficient method possible. It blows me away a company the size of ALP would process orders this way. Beyond disappointed.
