Everything is good. The only problem I had was the peach flavor. After short time in mouth started to hurt my jaw with an aching pain. I thought maybe I was allergic to some ingredients in the pouch but I gave it to my coworker and the same exact pain in mouth happened to him as well. I bought a whole sleeve so I will have to throw them away. The flavor was good but painful to put in mouth.
