The Cosy Car Seat appears to be a quality product, however my customer service experience was disappointing. I was advised to switch from the Puffer to the Cosy, but after receiving it I wanted to compare both products before deciding which was best for my dog. Despite placing and paying for a Puffer order, it was cancelled on my behalf. Communication was slow, confusion regarding the returns policy, & I was asked to return a large item on the same day. Overall, service did not meet expectations
