Very disappointed with the experience. I never recieved the item, have been insulted by essentially being called a liar, and then refused help or support. Royal mail have confirmed the parcel was delivered to s wrong address, Yet I have been refused a refund. I am a social media influencer and review aesthetic dog products, but will not be recommending this company to anyone in my reviews. If you can do something better, it would be to work on your customer service.
