Excellent experience. Called in my order, and was greeted with the most polite and professional experience I could hope for. Even called back when I forgot to ask for mid-sized grips, and the customer service response was a promise to walk over the updated request himself. While the written order in my clubs was for thin grips, every club of my order was fitted with the mid sized grips like I had asked for.
