Customer service was always prompt and detailed. They were also very polite and caring in their responses. I only found the tracking and shipping updates to be lacking in accuracy. Quite frustrating. Didn’t even get tracking and shipping info for my last package. It just appeared in my mailbox. Glad I received everything in good shape.
