Ordering from Beretta Gallery online was easy but ultimately problematic. The shotgun and case are both great. But unfortunately, it did arrive with poor craftsmanship on the wooden forend. I already contacted Beretta and I am preparing to send them the shotgun under a warranty claim. The shotgun was ordered online so it was impossible to inspect prior to purchase. We will see if they make it right. Having to send the new shotgun back to Beretta for a 4-6 weeks “fix” is very frustrating, especi
