This company refuses to reimburse me for $120 after they failed to deliver 3 products. I requested a refund 3 times and they just kept saying I need to reach out to the delivery service. The delivery service said the product is lost. Clearly this is some sketchy “delivery service,” and this “retailer” operates more like a scam than a proper online store. Quick and easy to take your money, but no customer service or accountability.

I was very skeptical ordering from this site, but I’m so glad that I did! It takes a while for shipping since they come from another country than the United States, I waited for a little over 2 weeks for them to arrive. So make sure you give plenty of time for your order to ship. I kinda thought the remote was a little pricy, also the LED’s used don’t have memory. Meaning once you turn it on, and set your color and brightness you enjoy, then turn it off, it goes back to its original setting.
