I do alot of online shopping and it's not uncommon to have to contact customer service for a question or help. The customer service at Evermore is easy to reach and amazingly responsive. I'm so grateful for their help.

Evermore Pet Food, with its outstanding customer service, has been a god send to me. It has made my life so much easier, especially by eliminating for me the guess work on what to feed my furry friends. With Evermore excellent food, another plus for me is the poo....seriously. It's perfect, which in turn, makes it so easy to scoop right up. Since I weigh the food for each meal, it keeps my aging furry friends at their ideal weight and their teeth and gums healthy. Love it!

Ok experience, but I purchased 16 bags in various flavors, and my dog began refusing to eat it after the first week. No refunds It would have been much better to try free samples. I really wanted my dog to like it. I realize it is well made.

Website is easy to use although shipping is always tricky with frozen food. But they really care about their customers and give great service.

This is the only prepared, organic fresh pet food I could find. If I had time to cook, it’s what I would make. And best of all, they love it!

Easy to navigate

Never have had any troubles with my orders so far.

The only thing difficult is trying to schedule orders so that I do not get a large back up of food in my side by side freezer that the dogs grant us use of.
