Their customer service was very helpful and quick to respond. I had to message them a few times throughout the process and they were great. I found out I was eligible for a discount code the day after I ordered and they gave me a partial refund, which is amazing and unheard of. The glasses looked just like the pictures and have held up despite being a child’s glasses. My only suggestion is that they develop a way to monitor progress so you can estimate how long until your glasses ship.
