Really straightforward, super cool looking glasses and super happy the prescription is able to accommodate mine which tends to be too high to get cool looking lenses at other places! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get something in a different style. Set expectations for a fairly long wait but it's worth it!

Never ordered glasses online, received glass right away

My first pair of lenses arrived with a chip in the bottom, and Lensalter was kind enough to ship a replacement pair 💖 Customer Service was quick. Shipping takes a little while, but it was a worthwhile purchase.

Lensalter gives only the base price (my choice was $21) and does not indicate how much the different options are until you get to checkout, then you are slapped with a much larger number than anticipated. My total was $150, which is comparable to an in-person store where I could just try on frames. I would greatly prefer more transparency from lensalter.

Cheap products but expensive price.

One pair of glasses they sent me was broken, but they replaced it without any issues. The glasses are really cute!

My eyeglasses arrived earlier than I had anticipated. The support team was very helpful when I reported that my frames came with a crack and they immediately asked if I wanted a replacement or a refund. I opted for a replacement which they promptly shipped without any issues. Am a happy client and definitely purchasing again.

beautiful selections, but this is this second pair I've ordered where the prescription doesn't appear to be correct in the lens'. My vision should be improved, but it's almost worse with the glasses on.

Maybe not a great place to buy glasses from especially if you need distant along with readers. Stay local in your hometowns

Amazing

Usually love them, my last pair was heart shaped and lasted about a year until I broke them by stepping on them. My second order was the star shape, which got lost but was replaced for free and arrived on time but they are unwearable after 2 months.
