The business practices of this company that I have experienced have been shady. I understand sending a "free" product to get customers to try but then adding it to a subscription without disclosure is wrong. I also ended up with a duplicate subscription of the same product. I now have over a year's supply and cannot get any of my subscriptions cancelled. I do like the Multi Purpose Calcium Balm but I am cancelling that subscription due to the practices of this company.
