Customer service with Her+ is significantly lacking. On 3/24, my credit card was charged for an order I never placed. I never signed up for auto ship of any kind. I emailed the company twice on 4/5 and again on 4/6 bringing this to their attention and have heard no response. I feel this company is scamming customers. There is no phone number to call - only [email protected] that I believe no one is checking/using.

again y'all charged me 14.99 twice and I didn't see anything for 2 months so I told my Bank and once I told my bank y'all sent out two packages back to back and it arrived at my Post office I was curious to see what it was and went and they Said it got sent back due to no address 🫩of course I entered the address, they wouldn't allow me to finish the form without a shipping address. y'all are scammers and y'all are on my bank's radar!
