Like the products and especially like that they use OEM parts. Both times I have ordered the parts shipped within 2 days and arrived within a week. Have not had to use the customer service because both orders were exact and timely. Was notified through emails of each step of the process. Yes, they are a little pricey but being an exact color match, OEM and a perfect fit makes it easier to accept, especially without any hassles.
