Delivery driver never delivered and took a picture of it in their car saying it’s in my mailroom…. After me sending several emails Customer service has messaged me once and not helped me with my refund yet… very frustrating. They have no call or chat, just have an email that they might get back to you on making it almost impossible to help me with my issue. Debating on trying a different company at this point
