I had trouble with the return link but was assisted with that promptly and then the return label was not generated after I paid for it. This is the 4th pair of V.GAN shoes I’ve bought. I love the brand. Ordering them online was fine, no issues though Royal Mail delivered them to my doorstep while I was at work. I have made a complaint but unsurprisingly, no reply. Thankfully, they weren’t stolen from my doorstep and I get to wear them.
