This place is a scam!!!

Waiting 7 months so far to receive my order. No response to emails or social media messages. No proactive communication either. Will never purchase again and will advise others not to either.

Communication is very bad. I never received my orders I placed in December 2024. I never receive a response to my emails I send to ask for an update and to make a address change

Never shipped

I was very hopeful and patient with the company but I ordered my plush on the day after Christmas of 2024. Its now July 2025 and I still have yet to receive my item.

Terrible customer service. I ordered my product 7 months ago and never got it. Every time they see a negative public review, they try to publicly say “DM us” but hardly respond. The answer is always “it’s still in production”.

This item was never delivered to me

Ordered the item back in December 2024. It is now July 2025. Never received the item that I already paid for. No one has offered a refund or anything.

I didn’t receive my purchase or any response to my emails

Almost 7 months later and the shipping label was just created but still hasn’t shipped. I probably won’t even receive the item due to moving since we ordered and no one responded to the emails about our new shipping address.

They rip people off and never ship what you order. Do not buy from them.

Paid for my Tupac one back in December and never received it

Never got back to any of my emails about my order honestly thought i got scammed till my item showed up 2-3 months later

Took longer than expected

Customer support never replied back to me in January (ticket number 10227) and The wait time was incredibly bad, i understand supply issues but you shouldn't accept orders you can't realistically fulfill as it tarnishes the companies reputation. I'd love to support in the future based on the quality of the plushie i received, but I doubt i will again

Customer service was awful and resulted in my item being shipped to the wrong address and me never receiving it

It took 6 months for my package to arrive but it came in good conditions and honestly i would buy from here again .

Shipping took forever. But I get it’s a small business. I had fully moved and had to contact the new owners to receive my package. Aside from shipping everything was good

why did it take half a year for this to come in and when I tried contacting someone a couple months later the website wasn’t even available

i love the plushie but holy shit fuckin 6 months to ship?!?. also ur support fucking sucks dick. i sent more then 5 emails and got jack shit back. HORRIBLE SELLER

Horrible!!! Scammy!!! Would never recommend this company to anyone!! They have awful customer service and took 6 months to send me the plushie.
