If I am honest, I have emailed your company on approx. 4 times requesting an authorization to return both pairs of shoes and a refund of the purchase price to my credit card.
While I have tried on the size 9 shoes, I find them very cold and for me uncomfortable, the size 4 shoes was a mistake in ordering on my part
No one from your company has taken the time to respond to any of my emails, and I find that poor service.
