You took my money in seconds, then failed to get the product to me for almost a month. You also give the impression that this is a domestically produced product, but mine came from mainland China. It also took several days from the time you took my money to the time that the order was acknowledged from the manufacturer in China. The lack of detail about shipping policies and shipping progress was unsatisfactory.

The product arrived a week later than estimated, when it did arrive the brace looked nothing like what is advertised on the website. It isn't supportive at all, and I doubt that it will help even grade 1 sprains. I believe this product to be a scam, and I've requested a refund multiple times and have had zero response from the company that claims they have a 30-day money back guarantee.
