I ordered my granddaughter a sweatshirt and a tshirt for her birthday. For some reason I went on the sweatshirt in pink and didn’t know it wasn’t available in that color in youth sizes and accidentally ordered one way too big. When it came I emailed them with my problem, no problem at all! They had me select a different color and size and I had it within a week in time for her birthday! Great customer service, got back to me immediately and took care of the problem even though it was my mistake!
