I had ordered two of the small regular leggings and they were too big on me so I needed to return them. The customer service was absolutely amazing and did a great job in helping me return them. However, it was taking long, so I let them know and they could not find my return. I did have to provide a tracking number and when I did, they immediately sent the other two pairs out. SO KEEP YOUR TRACKING NUMBER OF YOU NEED TO RETURN YOURS. Excellent service though! Very impressed!!!

I contacted support to inform I would be returning the item due to poor fit and asked for instructions. The response came late and the portal provided for initiating a return did not function. I had to reach out again to ask for steps to return the item. I was provided an address with no QR code or way to who identify who was returning the item. I kept a receipt from the post office to prove the item was mailed back by USPS. I will follow up for the credit to my form of payment.
