Cancelled delivery on the morning it was due. My guest that were staying later that week then had to stay at a hotel because I didn't have a mattress for them. Otty told me stock was at wrong location but then it turns out that the mattress was damaged by the courier and either the courier or otty were lying. Still waiting for delivery. Very unhappy with my experience, especially the dishonesty.
