I had a really hard time with this company. I ordered 5 hand drawn charms, a case, backing and an extra heart charm. I paid $80 plus shipping. I never received an email stating that my proofs were ready. It took many days of emailing and going back forth with customer service, who told me I only ordered the backing and the case charm. This continued until I sent a email with my receipt for the 3rd time with it highlighted about the hand drawn charms. I also then asked for a refund. Miraculously

I accidentally ordered the wrong size phone case and immediately emailed to see about swapping it with the correct size. They wouldn’t let me do that so instead I had to buy another case. Yes it was discounted but still extra money for something they could have fixed. The case is not personalized in anyway. I get no refunds/exchanges on charm. Anyway probably won’t buy again.
