Shipping time is inaccurate. AGAIN, had to reach out myself to find out where the product was. Was another 3 days before it actually had a tracking number associated with it. Pretty sure it wasn't shipped/on its way to me until I had to reach out past the date it should have arrived and asked where it was. No instructions came with it either to ensure used/put together appropriately. Customer service is really lacking.
