The case is adorable. The ordering process with your company has been awful!!!!! My product didn't arrive for over one month AND I was charged for a "holographic background" that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. I regret referring your company to friends at work because THEY TOO had the exact same experience (with charging for background.) ****Please be aware ordering from this company.***** It's a cute product but HORRENDOUS customer service ethics.

Easy experience. The website was easy to use and upload photos. The way they cropped the photos was perfect. There was a slight delay in delivery so if you need them by a date order in advance but I was not in a rush so it didn’t bother me.
