This product is NOT what it is advertised to be. When the baby is in the pocket of the shirt he is all the way down by the stomach - not up by the chest like the picture shows. Very unsafe to walk or stand with the baby in the shirt. The shirts are therefore DEFECTIVE. My baby is 3 weeks old, not even 8lbs yet. When I asked for a refund they only offered me 50% back - that was after I emailed back and forth regarding this. SCAM!

This shirt doesn’t work. It’s soft and comfy but does not do intended purpose, there is no safe way to carry an infant inside.

The item took 5 weeks to arrive and by that time my baby was too big for the product. I contacted the company to explain the company shipping error and they would not let me return the product for a refund.

Quality and shipping times were so bad. Quality comparable to a shein shirt and shipping times took almost a month.

The shirt took over a month to arrive. Customer service was no help locating the item. Additionally, on instagram, they use photos from another company that makes the same product.

It took a long time to receive. Arrived well after Christmas. However, my questions to the company were answered quickly. I recommended allowing at least 4 weeks for delivery.

Horrible experience with customer service. My delivery was lost. Missed Christmas and they didn’t care. No refund unless you pay return fees. I will never buy from this company again. Shirts were nothing special.

So far we enjoy the product we will see how it withstand the washing machine

I felt like the advertising of the product was not true to my experience. The customer service was helpful.

Order came very late

My order arrived almost two months late and although the staff was polite via email nothing was done nor anything to recover my business. I ordered in plenty of time to compensate for holiday issues and it still didn’t come until after Christmas and after my move out date which I told the staff I was concerned with. Luckily I was able to retrieve it but it only added to the inconvenience of the entire experience.
