Very disappointing customer service. I ordered this item for a specific trip, and the estimated delivery date was more than a week before my departure. Unfortunately, it didn't arrive until after I returned home, making it completely useless for its intended purpose. When I contacted customer service, they refused to honor a return because the cost of return shipping was more than half the value of the order.
