The graphics are completely horrible. Everything is delayed. Everything skips during play. Some games won’t even load. It’s not just the fact that those were older games, because even when we had the older consoles playing these games, the graphics were so much better. I’d like to know what your refund policy is because as it stands, we would be willing to return the entire system back. Even if we had to pay the shipping.
