Customer service is terrible. I’ve sent three emails trying to get a return/refund. Absolutely no response. This item is supposed to be guaranteed return/refund up to two weeks after receiving the item. I sent an email the day I received the item requested a refund. Still no answer. Will not recommend this company and if I see it posted on Facebook, I will make comments.
