I spent nearly $700 on a custom prom dress for my daughter and placed my order well in advance, understanding that your website states custom orders may take up to 45 business days during prom and graduation season. I patiently waited the full timeframe and trusted the process. During that time, I received no production updates, no estimated shipping date, and no meaningful communication. When I reached out, I was told the company does not provide production updates. I continued to wait in good faith because I relied on the timeline advertised on the website. After the 45-business-day production window had passed, my order still showed "Waiting for Fulfillment." Once it became clear the dress would not arrive in time for my daughter's prom, I requested a refund. Only after my refund request was a shipping label created and the dress shipped. Before the item shipped, I emailed multiple times explaining that I no longer wanted the dress and requested a full refund. Those emails went unanswered. Even after delivery, my emails requesting return instructions and a refund have continued to be ignored. The delay wasn't my biggest issue—the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service was. Customers spending this amount of money deserve timely responses and transparency, not automated replies and silence. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

I cancel my order weeks before delivery. I have been trying to get in you. With them no emails back no response to send gown back it was very ugly and I had already got my daughter another gown

The owner/designer for Dezzy Designz is unprofessional. Her communication started great, but as the deadline approached, she stopped communicating, she offered us no remedies, and was misleading the entire time with the timeline of the dress production and shipment. She ruined my daughter's senior prom. She never once apologized or offered anything to help. I will never order from her site again.

Horrible product can unfinished and falling apart. Also wrong size. When it came to asking for refund they have not responded to emails or sent return label. They just took my money and gave me a temu dress.
