I am NEVER disappointed when I receive my crystals from Kiki!! I have to keep telling myself "you don't need anymore crystals". But then I order myself some more crystals.

This was my second order with Kiki Crystals, they have not disappointed. I will be returning, I have my eye on some more pieces. I was pleased when they informed me of an issue, & a replacement was sent, which, I am happy with. I like that everything is really well packaged, & includes information cards on each stone. A big thank you, especially to Iris.

Items are specific, well packed and delivered quickly. Would definitely recommend!

KiKi Crystal is the best crystal shop I've ordered from yet! The order is packaged very carefully & secure, the pieces are genuine & ethically-sourced, many discounts & freebies are offered as well! There was an item misplaced; I ordered a bracelet that they no longer had in stock. Very quickly they reached out to let me know there was a mistake on their end. They were very sweet with an immediate refund + many free items. I will definitely be ordering again and I can't recommend enough :)
