The delivery and customer service were awful!!!! I paid for expedited shipping because we were at a location where we needed the picture quickly. The fullfillment took FOREVER and we had already left our destination before it was even fulfilled. Then, the picture was sent standard delivery, thus taking even longer to get there....but I PAID for the expedited shipping. I went back and forth with an associate...they tried to blame it on the "holiday volume" for UPS, then the government shut down,
