Ordering & shipping process was a terrible experience. No-refund/return policy. Also, no cancellations, unlike other robust/flexible platforms e.g. Shopee etc. The promise of delivering by a dateline was overshot by a few days. No follow-ups by merchant/Courier side. If i had not checked & communicated with merchant/Courier side, the item wd still not be picked up for delivery and sent out after a few days. When promised to expedite, item "On Hold" for no reason. End up i worked to follow-up!
