I ordered on Dec 13th for a Christmas gift for my dad. Reached out a week later and the team said it shipped but the tracking still said 'usps awaiting item.' On Dec 24th I received notification that USPS received the package in Kansas city. It did not deliver until Dec 29th. Love you guys, and will continue to support but I think your order fulfillment and shipping could use some improvement!
