I signed up for a one time purchase but received an additional box the next month and when I emailed customer service, to return it, they said that it was a subscription. So I had them send me a return label and customer service ended up charging me to mail it back. which was completely unprofessional. I never signed up for a subscription, and I should be fully credited for the full amount. I sent customer service 2 emails explaining this and no one ever sent me a response.
