Buying was easy, and they send you a return shipping label if you don't like the product. Note, you cannot use more than 2 packets or they won't let you return the rest of the unused product, so note that. I had to keep the variety pack for that reason. I thought I may like another flavor, so I tried all, then found out they wouldn't refund it because I had tried too many packets from the box.
