I am writing this out of sheer frustration after being completely ghosted by customer support. I received a completely wrong item in my recent order. I immediately raised a return request via email, providing clear photo proof of the mistake. app gets logged out a lot. for return/replace no option of wrong color and need to add image of the product for the reasons not applicable on the return reason. the stock on the app is different from Myntra, there are more options.
