Alles super gelaufen! Bestellung, Bezahlung und Versand haben problemlos funktioniert. Die Produkte waren einwandfrei und sorgfältig verpackt. Man sollte nur bedenken, dass die Lieferung aus Japan etwa zwei Wochen dauert. Für originale Produkte direkt aus Japan nehme ich das aber gerne in Kauf. Klare Empfehlung!

I love this app. It was my 3 time purchase. Thank you for super fast shipping, i can rely on it for fast and tracked delivery. Only thing i wanna suggest that please keep the box small if it 1-2 products. As last time i only have to pay 300₹ for 3500 order customs but this time i have to pay 1000 for 3500 order.. as i have ordered only two products both time just box was big this time.

The goods were wrapped very carefully and with a lot of care. Nothing broke during shipping and the packaging was as sustainable as possible. The parcel really came directly from Japan and at that even sooner than expected. I am positively surprised by this because I klnow that swiss customs can be a bitch about international shipments arriving here. I will totally be back for another order with Buy Me Japan!

Easy to track the package from Japan to Romania with up to date info

Everything went smoothly, and well. Only that it got stuck in an airport in Japan for almost a week waiting to be "exported" (to Sydney). [Would not have been such a big deal, I think, if I wasn't down to the last couple of my cup of my current bag of matcha powder.]
