I was a bit hesitant in the beginning, but as I read good reviews, I decided to go for it. The assortment is very good; the prices are also very attractive and the fact that japanese products are made following high standards were some key factors to take the chance. The whole buying process was very easy. And I love their AI assistant. He answers everything I need to know about the products.

They refunded me a product they didnt actually have in stock and after completing the rest of my order, removed like half the products i had ordered from their website, which makes me think they dont have good stock management. However, the shipments arrived safely within the estimated delivery time, were trackable and without further import costs as promised. Product range in general is also pretty nice. Best before dates are ok, usually a few months out.
