I ordered a starter pack and a full box of the chocolate bars. It said 3-5 days. I got no confirmation email, no product, nothing other than the credit card bill. So I sent an email saying I was going to dispute the charge if this wasn't rectified. After my second email, I got an apology email promising it would be processed immediately and something extra would be thrown in for my inconvenience. I did receive my order, but nothing was "thrown in"...which I wouldn't have expected if not told.
