Daniel was great in getting back to me everytime I inquired about my order. The order was significantly delayed which was not helpful. I was also guaranteed that my delivery would be over the threshold of my apartment door and the delivery drivers did not want to bring the dresser up to my apartment claiming they would leave it in the vestibule where it didn’t fit. I told them I would have to decline delivery if they could not bring the dresser up so they did end up doing so.

Overall, I appreciated Baker reaching out to me asking if 6 weeks was ok. What I didn't appreciate was no more communication even after the date came and went. They were cordial on my follow up requests but being a little more proactive would have been nice since the chair took twice as long as promised (12 weeks vs 6 weeks).
