most of the purchases have been great. The jumprope with the counters built in were a huge disappointment. you should have told me in BIG RED LETTERS that to use the basic counting capability I'd need a subscription. That is really heinous--for over $100 I still have to pay a $60/yr fee just to get the handles to count the cycles? I'll never buy anything from those guys again and by recommending it, it damages YOUR brand as well. I'm going to read the fine print on anything from your shop now.
