Installation instructions terrible - had to find random YouTube videos from other customers. Zero customer support - no phone number to reach out to and “online chat” just sends automated responses. Ridiculous return policies are the only reason I’m keeping the product. I will never try to purchase something from your company again. Pretty disappointing as an NC native that a local company provided such a terrible experience.

I can’t say enough good things about LFD. I made the mistake of ordering a rooftop tent before doing enough research and later realized that the factory roof rails on my 4Runner weren’t designed to support the weight of the tent. Thankfully, the team at LFD was incredibly helpful. They quickly helped me find the right roof rack system that would safely work with my setup and got it shipped out to me in no time. Their knowledge, excellent customer service, and fast turnaround.
