Horrible customer service, i ordered on Feb.18 i received a message that my order was delivered on April 1. I unlocked my mailbox and it wasn't in there. I feel it’s important to share my experience with this product as it was genuinely frightening. I ordered both a lip product and an eye cream. When my order arrived, there was no clear labelling on the packaging to indicate which product was for lips. The nozzle on the product was also identical to an under eye applicator, which added to the confusion. As a result, I mistakenly applied the lip product under my eyes, believing it was my eye cream.
