I've been using Serious Toilet Tissue for years. Initially, there was no problem and I support the 'serious' ethos and setup. Then sadly the toilet tissue changed: the squares were slightly smaller and the paper thin. I wrote to the company and wonder if others did too, as I have just received my new order and the paper is now soft and quite thick. I personally prefer paper slightly less bulky, and now use a tissue to blow my nose. That aside, the paper, company, service and ethos are great.
