My holiday caviar order was advertised with a free 2 oz Amur caviar but the delivery did not include it. When I brought this to Zack’s attention he said that the holiday rush they might have overlooked it to get the orders out the door but next time I order let them know. I did not feel that was an appropriate response. Mistakes do happen but asking me to order again what should have been included is not what I had hoped to hear. Mistakes should get corrected at that time. I won’t hold a grudge.
