I got sold a cobe that wasn't available, getting tracking emails and WhatsApp messages. When I contacted the business I was ignored for almost 2 weeks. When they did contact me, the apology was followed by a 'however the coat you ordered was not in stock' so it was basically my fault for managing to buy a coat that was not in stock. I am more than familiar with e-commerce and know stocking mistakes happen but please don't blame the customer.
