my package got lost in the mail. i reached out to customer service. i was very kind and understanding. things get lost sometimes and i totally get that. customer service was rude and tried to upcharge me to the 60 day refill instead of just sending me the product i originally paid for. i had to go back and forth with them a few times before they agreed to replace it. they were acting like i was the one inconveniencing them. it was really disappointing. i’ll be searching for alternative products.

Intake is clearly designed to be a lifestyle brand with a subscription based revenue model.
You do a good job of selling more bands than the customer needs and making them dependent on adhesive strip refills. The weakness is the price point and market competition — I see ads for knock-offs at a third of the price or less.
My guess is that intake will need to diversifying in order to stay afloat
