Fast shipping and great quality products. The box the mat came in was adorably designed with cat pictures. It came with a very nice clear envelope and inside was a card with more information and a cat sticker. It was such a nice touch. I couldnāt believe it. Most places donāt do anything like this anymore and it made me appreciate it even more. I love the extra personal touches!
