Honestly, I love that this is a private business run by a young, energetic woman with a lot of talent to go with her cat expertise. It gives me confidence that I'm buying something that doesn't have hidden nasties (lead, bad paint, toxins, etc) and I feel good about supporting a business like this. From a service standpoint, questions get answered, purchases get shipped promptly, 'deals' are offered to make it more affordable for the buyer. All in all, a great business!
