I purchased "durable" and tough chew toys which were all destroyed within minutes. When I reached out I was told they weren't made for tough or extreme chewing. If that's the case don't label them as durable or tough chew. And the "calming" duck? What a laugh. You did make good on your replacement promise though (I think - haven't received them yet), so that's why you got 3 stars instead of 1.
